Gained 1 pound this week- I made bad eating choices all week. I didn't track, missed the gym because of the snow and didn't do workout videos, and am generally just surprised I didn't gain more than a pound.
It happens, but it's still frustrating, even when you do it to yourself.
My goals for this week:
-track every day
- no alcohol (no going out for caucus this Thursday)
- workout 4 times this week... gym if I can make it, otherwise I have 2 biggest loser dvds, a pilates video, tae bo, etc....
Time to get back on track little lady!

Oh my, I stumbled on your blog and sweet, we'll be sharing the same law school weight loss challenge soon. I was in law school for a bit but took some time off to decide if it's really the right thing for me and also to focus on myself and get myself into shape. Keep up the work. I know it's hard to balance (especially with all those memos, job hunt and stress) but you can do it! Trade alcohol for diet sodas (nobody will know at Bar Review). Man, hopefully we can keep each other motivated when I start law school back up in August. Ugh.
