This time baby I'll be bulletproof...

La Roux's "Bulletproof" has been my song of the week. It's been on repeat during my workouts especially.

So far, getting back on track has been going well, though in the name of preserving points I have been the DD for the past two nights, lol. The iphone WW app is especially helpful in keeping me on track because I can look up and add what I'm eating wherever I am. That helps me make better choices and stick to things that are lower in points.

My biggest thing right now is going to be keep tracking, and remind myself that it's going to take awhile to get back to that oh so glorious 178. And that's the thing that sucks about weight... it's so easy to pack on the pounds, and so much harder to make them go away.

Today I'm doing my first 5k ever... here's hoping it goes well!!

Don't be surprised if updates are scarce in the next three weeks- it's the last week of classes and then two weeks of finals. Where in the hell did my 1L year go?!?!?!?

Congrats to sticking to tracking! I'm HORRIBLE about tracking and I think that that is the reason I haven't lost pretty much anything in a year.

Also, just for the record, I think it SUCKS that taking off weight is harder than putting it on.
