My diet is going really well.
I'm not being insane. If I want to eat something, I eat it. If I don't feel like working out, I don't. We went to Philadelphia this weekend and I had a cheesesteak and a cannoli. We also walked at least 5 miles that day. I went to the gym and rode the bike one day, and the elliptical a few days later.
I belivieve I'm doing something you all might have heard of, called "sensible eating". I always thought this was just a myth, but it seems to be working so far.
Now if only I could find a legal job...
